1 Hudson Yards

We coordinated with MEP engineers, the architect of record, Related Designers, and the city's top structural engineering firms to design and build the spa amenities for this groundbreaking project. From the rough-in to finished millwork, stonework, and glass detailing, Ecotone executed this project and completed more work with Related shortly after.

Gurney's Spa

Gurney's Saltwater Spa is one of the best-known luxury spas in the Hamptons and Montauk, Long Island. When Gurney's fully rebuilt their spa in 2022, Ecotone participated in technical design, trade coordination, and installation of several vital components of the spa buildout.

Hard Rock Spa

When the Hard Rock brand hotel needed a new spa in Atlantic City, Ecotone helped execute on a tight deadline! All components of the spa amenities were custom designed and fabricated by Ecotone at our shop for ease of installation on-site. Union trades streamlined the installation in Atlantic City, working under the direction of in-field Ecotone Trade Coordination.

Where do you operate?

Ecotone started in NYC and offers services to most of the tri-state area. As we explore our particular brand of crafting integrated amenities offerings, we have found a niche in NYC, but offer some of our services nationwide.

Do you do both design and construction?

Absolutely! We can do all phases of the process, including design, construction management, ADA and DoH compliance, full-phase oversight, cost management, quality assurance and long term service management.

Do you do commercial or residential projects?

Ecotone usually works on commercial projects from high-rise towers to hospitality offerings, but occasionally we do residential projects.
