Ecotone coordinated with the architect of record, MEP engineers, structural engineers, and Related’s internal design teams to deliver the spa amenity systems at Hudson Yards. Scope included technical design, coordination of structural and mechanical infrastructure, and specialty construction of the thermal environments.

Project Case Study Example – Gurney’s Spa

Ecotone provided technical design and trade coordination for several critical components of the spa environment, including specialty assemblies requiring integration with building mechanical and structural systems.

Project Case Study Example – Hard Rock Spa

Ecotone developed custom fabricated spa components and coordinated their integration with the base building infrastructure. Fabrication occurred in our NYC shop, followed by coordinated installation with union trades in Atlantic City.
